Packages:
4 Massage treatments =$270.00(Regular) $260.00(for VIP card members)
4 Relaxation Massages = $250.00(Regular) $240.00(for VIP card members)
- Horse must be in a stall, groomed, hooves picked and blankets removed prior to my arrival.
- No appointments are to be booked during feeding time or turn out/turn in time.
- There must be at least one other horse in the barn for the duration of the massage.
- Please make sure to remove ALL sharp, loose objects or other possible hazards from the stall prior to my arrival! This includes but is not limited to; ground feeders, hay nets, old rusted salt lick holders, etc
- Owner Please Remain 3 ft. from the stall at all times, leave your questions to the end and DO NOT try to engage, discipline or otherwise your horse at all during the session or while I am handling the horse.

All clients have a 15 day payment period or grace period to make a payment in full for services rendered after receiving an invoice or notification of the service completion. All service totals over $500.00 have a maximum 1 month/4 week grace/payment period (if arrangements are made with Laur Tech Equestrian Services).
Any payments not received by their allotted payment date (which will appear on the invoice) are subject to a $20.00 per week late charge. If the total is over $500.00 it then becomes a $50.00 a week late fee.
Late charges will not apply if:
- Payment is sent through the mail via cheque made out to Laur Tech Equestrian
Services, to Laura Lorentsen at address: 100 Munro Crescent, Uxbridge ON L9P1L6. And is received past the payment period due to no fault of the client.
- Inclement weather or an emergency that was unpreventable occurs and payment cannot be made in person on time. In this case the client has 5 days to remit payment. This applies ONLY if I am dually notified of the situation.
NOTE: ALL PACKAGE SERVICES ARE PREPAID AND ARE THEREFORE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS LATE FEE POLICY UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE!!!
Unpaid Services Policy:
If services remain unpaid past any payment date, and no action has been taken by the client to ensure payment is received, due process will be taken.
If a client has signed up for a multi-service or a initial assessment/massage and then has selected a treatment plan, and does not pay for the initial services performed, NO
SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED UNTIL A FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
