What he likes: He just loves treats and food - he is a very messy eater but he just loves his dinner. He also likes resting his head on your shoulder for an afternoon nap.

What Lindsey Says: “What a fantastic horse – his registered name really suits him because he is fantastic. The first time I rode this horse I just loved him. He is so lovely – he responds so easily to both whoa and go, he does lateral movements nicely, and he is so honest over fences. I couldn’t ask for anything more – he is great for my intermediate students learning more advanced movements like side pass, haunches in, jumping courses, etc. but I can also trust him with beginners learning walk and trot.”
Information: Lindsey bought Phin in May of 2011 and just fell in love. He is such a dream to ride - so easy to collect in your hand, so willing over fences, and just a natural when it comes to jumping. He is nicely trained to leg yield and performs lateral movements.

Phin is used in lessons by LFEquestrian and he teaches riders how to jump and collect. He is very honest over jumps and is very well behaved at shows that he makes a great confidence builder and teacher! He is also virtually bombproof and is incredibly quiet. At shows, parades, Tim Hortons, and trails he is super!

Phin is a gentleman that is well suited to polite and soft riders. He is willing and eager to please.
